still put on lbm?

i will be doing sust 750mgs wks1-8

i will be jogging in the morning for 45 mins everyday with eca and a protien shake in my stomach, after 45 mins i will coem home and consume 6-7 medium meals which would be about 40grms of protn a meal along with 60 grms of carbs

i will be eating a little over maintenence, like 200 cals but will be running with ldex and yohimburn

do you think i will still put on muscle even though i wil be running? thnx

Hard to tell, but I think you want to have everything at once which is not so easy.

You intend to run ED which will hinder your gains for sure. Another thing... you never mention about your weightlifting schedule. If you don't plan to lift some iron then any AS cycle is obviously worthless.

If you are after putting lean mass then I'd suggest running just for 3-4 days/week and lifting weights on your non-running days. If you run everyday and try to lift on those days you will be very tired, your body won't have time to recover and your gains wiill be minimal, if any.

quit the running bro leave that for boxers and atheletes.

Boxers are not a good example...there are some pretty freaky boxers out there, look at Tyson

i just dont like running especially if you weigh over 200lbs bad on the joints and seem to lose to much muscle doin it.

Why the running? If there's a particular reason, like an endurance test, or military, then you gotta do what you gotta do. If you don't have any real reason to run and you're trying to add muscular bodyweight then avoid running...and even cardio period. Contrary to popular beleif, cardio is not the only way to improve, and keep healty, the cardio-respiratory system. Weight training is sufficent to keep your heart far healthier than the average slobs. Running not only releases catabolic hormones, but also places greater strain on the nervous system and will depleat workout intensity and recovery ability. Keeping fat off is all about the diet. Cardio only serves to perpetuate overtraining and "confuse" the nervous system and muscle fibers(esspecially in the legs). If you're only going to be eating 200 cals over maintnance you're not going to gain any fat while on AS. In fact your metabolism will likely catch up with this within a week and that 200 cals over maintnace will BE your new maintance caloric intake.

yup, yup, yup

you can make very lean muscle gains by just slowly adding CLEAN calories into your diet on weekly basis, you will not gain as much muscle but any fat gain will be very unlikely also

Unless your striving for every last scrap of lean muscle mass possible, I like running. If it's something you want/like to do, don't give it up. To some degree, the steroids will allow you to get away with running and still maintain and build new muscle mass.

However, 45 minutes every day? Thats simply excessive even for many running sport athletes - its just too much for what your trying to accomplish. Why not try 3 days a week, one 20min moderate to hard run, one 20 minute easy run, and one 45min run?

Weight training will do wonders for the cardiopulmonary system. (Just do a set of heavy squats and see what it does to your heart and lungs.) In trun, running can have great positive impact on muscular strength (I'm not refering to long endurance training here). However, direct cardiopulmonary exercise such as running will build greater cardiopulmonary health than possible with weight training alone, just as weight training will build phenomenally greater strength than running alone.

thnx bros, i meant to post i was going to run 5 times a week, do you think 5X 30 min sessions a week would be better?
