Is it possible to use 2 weekers to get to a desired weight, then maintain that weight without the use of juice. I have read that 2 weekers have less sides and the gains tend to be more permanent. I am willing to go above my goal weight to compensate for losses when off juice. I am not looking to get freaky big. I am trying to move up and maintain a weight class for submission wrestling. I am 5'10'' and 178-180lbs wanting to move up and maintain 204lbs. Any suggestions?
