We didn't make it to Canada - close though - about 50 miles away.
We were going to take the Ferry to Burlington, VT but after the horrible night's sleep on the bed of granite we were tired and just want to go home.

Quick few days out of town was nice change of pace.

I haven't been there since they just opened - a friend of mine coached there years ago. Guy named Neil - heard of him? 5'11" blond curly short hair?

I may have. My knee exploded in 99, so I haven't been there since.

Most of my playing was at South Mtn Arena, old Branch Brook Park rink in Newark, Mennan in Morristown, Overpeck and in Rye too...

I'm afraid to play hockey again. I have so much hardware (metal) in my knee. One wrong turn and bam, schrapnel everywhere. Like a grenade exploding.

I know how you feel.

Injured knee took me out of my skating career as well.

My right as well. Mine was from a jet skiiing accident. My patella exploded into 40+ pieces. Put together like a jigsaw puzzle. 4 screws, 2 rods and wire holding totgether.

i just took my firefighters exam today at clinton community college ....and i cut through the airforce base to get there....huh ,its a small world after all....but i wouldnt want to paint it..
