I go something in the mail telling m to fill out th questionairre. It should only take 38 minutes it said. If I dont fill it out I am in violation of section 18 title shut the fuck up.


So I filled it out and it is bullshit!!!!!!! Why do they need to know wher I worked 3 years ago and the exact address? For race I put crakcer. It was fill in the blank
