I ordered a chicken salad w/ no dressing...it was supposed to be just chicken, lettuce, and tomatoe. (from a place that delivers) Well it comes, and I didn't check my order before the deliver guy left. (I mean how hard is it to actually screw up a salad right?) Well I open it and it's CHICKEN SALAD on a bed of let and tom. I mean maynoaise all over the place, celery, etc. etc....you get the picture. Should I say "fuck it" and just eat it or wait till I get home in 3 hours?

no drop and give me 20..and dont try to sweeten me with those dimples..it wont work..again.

PhatChick....been good...hitting the weights hard. I'm still trying to get my weight back to what it was before I left (naturally that is)....I'm at 237 as of this morning before I worked chest.

Damn buck, how many calories do you have to eat per day to maintain your weight??? At my metabolism, and at only 200 at 5' 11" - 6', a normal 1 of 6 daily meals is at LEAST 6-700 calories. That is just to maintain brother.

I don't calorie count at all...just eat food w/ high protein, low carbs...and eat a few protein shakes a day. I have a healthy appetite too, and I'm naturally a big guy. I can't lose weight to save my life (without not lifting weights) I can look at a weight and grow..LOL
 
Damn nigga....you are definitely a mesomorph first it seems....would you say you have a harder time losing not just weight but bodyfat than you do gaining muscle???

On that note I'm going to drink a 1000 calorie p/w/o shake.

Yeap, I have a hard time losing weight and bodyfat, but gain musle very easily. If I didn't have to run and train as much as I do, I could easily be 270+ and still be decently lean.
