..was in the middle of doin skullcrushers and on a weight i normally do pretty easily but onthe way up felt a sharp pain near where my upper tricep would meet my rear delt and had to stop my set. i was able to finish out shoulders with doin raises and tried another exercise for tris but it started to hurt in the middle of my warmup set and i decided to quit. ive never torn a muscle before, just ligaments in my knee, so i dont know what it would feel like. i plan on getting it checked tomorrow and not lifting til i get it checked but whats ur guys opinions? would u think its a tear or just a pull? i was still able to do most of a warmup set of one-arm behind the necks but it had too much of a sharp stinging pain so i didnt push it. appreciate any responses.
