Anyone tried to develop for this platform?

I hired a team to do this for me and they just talked to me about the fragmentation (ie less then 50% is on Gingerbread and the uptake of ICS is expected to be low).

iOS doesn't have this problem (ie 65% is on iOS5) so my team working on that is having an easier time.

Hence why they are going all ICS 4.0 in the future so all phones/tablets will be running the same OS

Agreed, most phones that came with froyo probably would be too buggy to deal. It won't be long till the roll outs of is and it will be more phones that are a year or younger
