i have lost weight and gained muscle. Of course it can be done. If you are near your genetic limit in muscle of course it can't. I too have used muscle memory to gain back muscle while losing fat.

victor did you ever sample with DNP before?

27yr old 6.2 weight around 18 stone

i am taking DNP 400 mg WITH HGH ginitropin at the moment 5 ius per day 7 days a week, i have been on the HGH for at least 10 weeks, and i do have a high cardio training, 5 days per week,but as you said you can get fat by looking at the food , i eat a mars bar or a bag of crisp i can feel it straight away on my face!!

by the way thi sis my 5th -6th day on the DNP .

That's not hard to do. I do that now, almost exact same split and I am doing very well. Just have to want to do it.
