Being an endmorph ain't that bad like people make it to be , I took a vacation for 4 months before starting this regimen and I wasn't eating protein at all , no training , only junk food for 4 months and still only lost around 3 pounds of muscle , and that is with no protein and no training for 4 months , ok I was eating high calories but all junk , I should have lost more than 3 lbs of muscle that is for sure .
My last cycle was 2002 eating 2000 cals for 8 weeks , very small doses of EQ ( 350 week) , winny ( 50 ED ) and HGH ( 2 IU ED ) and still gained something like 8 pounds of muscle .
I can get fat by just looking at food , but I also can grow by just looking at the weights , so it is a double edge sword .
