Its great since I can see exactly where I am for the day and what I need to do to get to my goal.

5'10" 200lbs 18% bf been lifting off and on for 25 years and hardcore for last 8 and I'm 41.
Cycle 10-12 weeks of test-e 500mg week and nolva for PCT
Been eating big, fisk,chicken,beef, brown rice,oats,eggs,vegis,protein shakes.
Supps= multi v , fish oil , thinking about starting creatine.
Day 4 of cycle my appetite became outragous, keeping it clean(mostly)
Day 14 starting to feel a slight pump
Day 16 workout at the gym went great lifting a little more weight than usual for more reps. I workout 45-75 minutes but this time I was into my workout for 2 hours(20minute cardio) and I had to force myself to leave.
I'm up to 213 lbs now and am a little concerned about putting on too much fat, going to the gym 3-4 days a week(chest/tri,back/bi,legs/shoulders) and 20 minutes cardio.
I'm looking for imput/advise to my cycle progression , do thing look like there going typical , maybe someone can let me know the progression of there first cycle test-e?

Nothing much to add, but you might wanna throw some liver protectants into the mix.

Not sure from what message board I found this link; but www.fitday.com is a free way of counting up your calories, checking your ratios between fat/carb/proteins, ect. I absolutely love the site--it's helped a heap in figuring out my diet for when I finally start up my first cycle.

Day 30. Feeling more pumped/swolen wife notices I'm a little bigger.(i see the jokes comming)
Gym workout are intense soaked with sweat when I leave. Weight has stayed the same for about a week ina half but I can tell I've slimed up some.
Don't know but I was expecting a little more by now. But I here I'll really be in high gear in another week or so.
Considering upping to dose to 750mg/wk, I'll see in a week or so.........
Thoughts and opinions are welcome......
 
Day 37. Muscles noticeably larger ,shoulders fuller, legs more defined, etc. feels good.
Up to 220 lbs now some of the fb around the waist has gone away but still a little chuncky. Workouts still lasting about 1.5 hours and small increases in strength.
No sides except hunger/horny. Upped my intake to 750mg/wk test-e not sure if noticable increase in size is because of stage of cycle or the upped dose either way I'm pleased.
On the down side while doing squats the other day @315 lbs on the 5 rep lost form for a split second and strained my lumbar, fuckin hurts but getting better the pain is worse in the morning when I wake up but little to no pain by afternoon. Going to have to scale back on deads and squats, BIG bummer but all is not lost there are ways around those exercises.
If size continues to go up I'll go a full 12 weeks. Also researching using Clen during my PCT but still researching.
Begining to relize the biggest cost of a cycle is eating alot of clean food it adds up fast tons of salmon , skinless chicken breast , bags of brown rice, eggs. I should of bought stock in Foster Farms before cycle..............
 
Day 47. Been at 750 mg/wk for 2 weeks now like it better than 500mg/wk. I'm at 222.5 lbs. Loss of some BF from earlier in the cycle finding it difficult and expensive to keep protein intake 300-400 grams a day but doable.
Typically going to gym after work, bout 3:30 little to no one in there and finding it would be nice to have a spotter so I can push myself a little harder but finding ways around that. Ever since I tore my rotator cuff 3 years ago doing BB bench with bad form I've shied away from BB bench. I'll do a few sets @ 135 ,most of my bench has been with DB's. Feeling my "oats" I decided to BB benches Tuesday and was pleased with the results. Started with 12 reps @135 then 10 @ 225 thought that was easy enough so I went to 315 and pounded out 6 with no problems figured I should stop there without a spotter. I felt damn good with myself watching my form the whole way through. It was just me and 4 other ladies in the gym that day and it always amazes me how much more I can push it when there's females around. Not sure which head takes over thinking at that point LOL.
Still some pain from lumbar strain so I'm just going to work around it till it gets better. No more good mornings for awhile and am going to modify my DL's and squats for now.
Veins are starting to really stick out every where , like that but dont like the belly I've formed, oh well will be cutting soon enough.
Back and Bi day today. Going to be hitting traps alot harder for awhile not happy with there progress.
 
Sounds liike your doing a great job.... your getting on average aabout 3 lbs a week.. thats great. Keep up the good work, and dont hurt yourself, ask one of the ladies to spot u, lol. Get up pics up post cycle
