No AAS on the planet is gonna help him get lean faster..... I know it's a huge misconception that there are "cutting" steroids, but they are just non water retaining drugs, they don't burn fat...... Tell him to get on a low carb, high protein diet, and do 1hr of AM cardio on an empty stomach..... Walking is a good cardio exercise, with a light jog here and there during the walk..... I just recently lost over 60lbs of Fat, so I know the routine pretty well..... He's gotta be patient, and unfortunately there are no short cuts..... A fat burner like ECA would help too, since it curbs the appetite, and makes a diet more tolerable...... I wish him Luck....
