whats up bros-aight let me tell u the situation with my buddy, he is 21 yrs old 290 lbs and 29%bf 6'0'' tall. He was offered a multi million dollar developement deal with WWE when he was 18 but decided to go to school first. He is 21 now and has been wrestling inbetween the time. The big problem is that from 18 to 21 he let himself go a little bit-body fat went up, weight went up and he isnt as cut as he used to be, and he recently ment with Vince McMahon and was offered a 900,000 dollar deal so u can see what type of loss he is facing...so long story short he NEEDS TO GET CUT AND LEAN LIKE HE USED TO BE. He asked me for help and I automatically thought of the basics such as Winny,EQ,clen,T3,Tren,test prop, etc. Along with Diet and Cardio which are VERY IMPORTANT.

what cycles and type of gear do u recommend for his problem???
I would just give him some of my advice but I really want a second opinion.
ps- it would be his first cycle but he REALLY NEEDS TO GET CUT.

thanks for all feedback bros...much appriciated

if he is 29% bf he does not need gear. just diet and cardio.

you would think if Vince M offered him almost a million doller offer, the guy would know a little about diet and training?? seems a little weird to me...

Yeah... to be honest, I don't buy the story. The WWE has SO MUCH talent training around the country and that are on dev deals that they aren't going to offer some out of shape schlep 900k.

Buuuuuuuuuut, to answer you question, gear isn't the answer.... CARDIO and DIET is...

Ive seen the WWE payroll. No Rookie is getting a 900k deal.

Hes not a rookie he has been involved in wrestling for 8 years not to mention pretty much his whole life, his family tree is like a whos who of wwf greats so think whatever u want...peace :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:

I do beleive the WWE does steriod testing so I wouldn't recommend them. BUT who am I? My uncle wrestled for them a long timed ago when they were legal. I wonder if straight GH would help. I heard of people doing that (5 days on at 20 IU's per day and 2 days off - 12 weeks)with good diet and exercise because their jobs tested for steriod use and had great results. There isn't a test yet to detect the use of HGH

Dude, there is no magic answer to your question.... He just needs to bang out the cardio and keep the diet clean, it's the only way to get cut..... No AAS on the planet is gonna help him get lean faster..... I know it's a huge misconception that there are "cutting" steroids, but they are just non water retaining drugs, they don't burn fat...... Tell him to get on a low carb, high protein diet, and do 1hr of AM cardio on an empty stomach..... Walking is a good cardio exercise, with a light jog here and there during the walk..... I just recently lost over 60lbs of Fat, so I know the routine pretty well..... He's gotta be patient, and unfortunately there are no short cuts..... A fat burner like ECA would help too, since it curbs the appetite, and makes a diet more tolerable...... I wish him Luck....

appriciate it prizz thanks bro :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:

Well one person I would recomend it to is someone that has 900k on the line... but that would take some time...

Anyways the perfect fat burner cutter imo would look like this:

Tren 1-7
Prop 1-8
Masteron 1-7
Anavar 8-9
T3 2-7
Clen 2-7
PCT 10-13

CLEAN CKD DIET and he could shred the fuck up. 2 lbs a week easy.

Well bro it took me 4 and 1/2 years to go from 282 benchin 130 max to 217 benchin 285max. in other words he just needs to dedicate his LIFE to dieting properly to make any kind of "quick" progress.

vince m. would have his trainers from WWE whip your boy into shape and see what he has before they even considered making an offer let alone signing him. I don't care if your boy is "dink" and "doinks" illegitimate love child. Rules are rules.

plus you said your boy got hurt and that's what aided in letting himself go. They frown upon injuries especially with newbie pro wrestlers. If their decent they pretty much just want to use the shit out of you until you break then they'll find someone else and repeat the process. How many good am wrestlers do you remember growing up that mysteriously faded away.

After eddie g died i heard they went all out with testing for AAS. Then again that might have just been rumor to scare people or to get people of their backs. If this is real and i was your friend knowing i could get that much money would be enough motivation for me to get my fat ass to the gym and lose some weight!

well tell him good luck. diet cardio are MOST important. and thorw a fat burner in there too. like clen or eca....

what is his stage name? so that we will recognize him on stage

Where you'd get this list. I would have thought Triple H , Cena, and Batista made more than that. That is yearly right.

Wow, yet another simple and stupid question that needs the advice of a 'pro'. You answer your own question...he needs to do cardio and diet correctly. Then throw in any of the cutting drugs you want, tren, winny, eq, etc.

Let me let you in on a little secret. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO DIET. He can cut on test e and dbol if he diets correctly.

He needs to cardio and diet to get in shape, then make sure that he is healthy and has normal blood pressure levels before he thinks about doing any juice. It'd be a shame for him to shit the bed on his way to glory.

Wow that's crazy because just the other day Bill Bellicheck offered me Tom Brady's job all I have to do is Throw a football 60 yards and drop my 40 down to a 4.4. Any suggestions on gear? But I dont even know if ill take it seeing its only a 5 year 20mil deal..................................... :FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol:

I am under developmental deal right now in Louisville, KY we get 750 a week until they decide to put us on the rode traveling with the company, then you get a salary based contract, and everyone under contract gets at least 100,000 base, the guys on the list that had 48,000 and salaries like that is just because they started in the middle of the year, so they had only earned half of their salary, like kid kash. If this guy has such a big family in the wrestling business then tell his name. Trust me NOONE get 900,000 contract starting out...TOTAL BULL!!!!!

why is it that people always register to bodybuilding boards and instead of asking for advice for themselves, there questions always refers to a friend/family member? Dude you could have straight out asked for advice for yourself we're all here to help eachother out and give insight on pretty much anything. I think you need to come to grips with your fatness and go from there.

even if he "is" posting for himself, there's no need for your "fatness" comment - all it does is make sure he won't be back.

See I never think of this as a board for "us" - i think of it more as a board for who "could be".....................

So from now, - learn the difference between good-humor, and being as asshole.

I think you pretty much named everything he needs to do in your first post. Prop, tren, winny, eq, clen, t3 , hgh, cardio and diet.

you're the only one that took offense to the "fatness" statement. Someone posts in the steroid section of a fitness board and makes it a point to say they need to cut down FAST and adds hyped up things into the post to flare it up so people might make a quick reply on what he should take so he can get started. He only gave his stats which means absolutely nothing to me. I'd need to know what his diet was like and work out schedule before i mentioned any suggestions of what to take. Why couldn't his friend post for himself? I've read so many posts like these, people just flat out ask what to take, because it's easier than doing research. I remember a post similiar to this a few years back on a different board. The kid needed to drop weight fast, someone mentioned dnp. The kid died. Why are steroids the only option for this guys friend to lose weight? Was this question even posted in the dieting or supplement sections???

For anywhere close to $900k the guy only needs one thing:

The Yellow Pages

Why risk a large $$$ deal like that by getting advice on a chat board?
Business 101: he needs an attorney, a trainer, and a manager....
A million bucks is alot of hay, you'd be a jackass to blow it on not doing it exactly right, fully monitored and tuned in.

why the hell would he go to school first.. school is always gonna be there...thats f***en stupid

your 'friend' needs DISCIPLINE and lots of it. For that kind of money he shoud get serious, hire a registered dietician, hire a personal trainer and get himself back on track to better health.

Controlled calories
Daily Cardio (1 hour +)
progressive weight training routine
gear as last resort and after his BF is well below 20%
