So I pay my bill VIA check.. they claim to never get it. So I pay VIA phone CC card... bill is 186.03 she charges 186.04.. no biggie.

I check my online bank statement and there is two charges, one for 186.03 one for 186.04 and also the check they claim never cleared.

To clear this up they say I have to get a statement from the bank with my acct number/name etc.

So I do that today, and they still don't accept it.

So I've paid three times for one bill.

I know its not the peeps working there behind the counter so I maintain my cool, but it won't be for long before I have to smack somebody. Pure bull shit (yes im a potty mouth) if you ask me. My statement clearly shows the other charges with no credits.

I now have a splinting headache and no Imitrex to take because im totally out.

Fucking (potty mouth) people. They take my money in a split second but refuse to give back what is not theirs.

I am done with them... this is the forth time iv'e gone thru this. I've taken time from my job, consumed my lunch hour.. to take care of this. I've bailed from them and basically told them to kiss my ass... of course in a nice frisky way.

My beau is adding me to his plan, so I will have another phone in the mean time. I've been with centennial for going on 10 years, seems they would handle this better. I've spent thousands with them. Oh well... they are the bottom of the pole, no internet, no email.. none of that shit and still I stay? only because I am a very loyal person and they said it was soon to come... but im out. They can now contact my laywer, im done with spending hours on hours to get back the due they owe me. Three times my acct balance. and they say it will take up to 3-4 weeks to refund. Hell they debited my acct within a day or so.... ? wtf? LOL

I find it so funny.. but let them continue on. tis all cool ... I've never been late on my bill... always on time and have a good credit standing so let them go. bull shit if yoiu ask me. Bull shit company if you ask me... I stayed with them with open promises.. internet, email... etc for the past 5 years... and nada nothing. Ill just move on to a company more advanced... thanks.
