How tall r u? And hows the breathing treating you?

6 ft 1 and Breathing sucks-but I havent been under 10% in so long I think I've kinda gotten used to it. In another month I'm gonna start dieting until I get to 10% and hold it for life. Normally I'd never get this heavy, but after yrs of competing and depriving myself of food I could no longer justify having a perfect diet w/o a contest to train for. What you see now is the end result. lol However I know once I get thinner I'll feel/look so much better that I'll be kicking myself for not doing it sooner. The added attention I get from chicks when I'm lighter should be incentive as well. Seriously, what 110 lb girl wants some 315 lb guy on top of her sweating? I don't care if you're R. Coleman-that's a lot of pressure on a girl's pelvic girdle.

That's the size I'd love to have. It's weird, I've never seen anyone who is 6" or taller ever have the apperence of looking "big". Pictures never do it justice. Nice job BK, post some more pics when you get down on weight.
