i do them pretty frequently. rev. hypers dont feel too good on the curved pad though. i dont add weight, just because I havent figured out how. there is no lever arm, so bodyweight is the best i got.

I'm pretty sure the gym I train at has a Glute Ham Raise machine and I want to do them, but I tried and it felt like it was destroying my knees from the pressure and friction of doing them. Think I'll stick to stiff legged deadlifts and the low pulley pull throughs.
