Forma / Arimidex Questions!

Do you guys run these throughout always? or just when u notice sides appearing..??

Currently Im just running the Forma at 3 pumps a day with my sust/eq/dbol cycle ... everything seems fine so far.. almost 2 weeks in. how much arimidex should i be running?? ive never used it before.

unless you are gyno prone you should not need the arimdex , especially while using forma , if you do notice any signs of gyno then up the forma dosage to atleast 5 pumps am and pm , that should cover it !!!
If for some unknown reason it doesnt then I would only take .5mg every 3rd day till signs are gone , thats my opinion anyway !!
