Im just looking for any general advice or reccomendations while using this product.
I'm 24 5'9 195ish not sure as my BF% but im thinking about 10-11%
1) As per NEETO's advice remember to time meals! powerful appitite killer
2) Is there any vitmaines i shoudl be taking? (excliding my dailey multi)or maybe EFA's?
3) How can i BE SURE i dont lose any muscle?
I will be taking cytosport complete whey 2-3 times a day as its only 17G of protein
and ON Casein at night
i will do a fasting cardio (ill have a banana with my cap half hour before)4 mornings a week
and 4 days a week doing afternoon cardio and 2 days a week do a weight workout
doing CORE exercises every second day
