hey whats up guys.....well i want to buy a wrist roller...i had a sweet home made one but i didnt make it thing that sucks about it u have to re tie a knot every time anyways.......any links where I can buy a wrist roller?

dont re tie the knot, tie it then clamp it. or tie it and burn the ends with a lighter. or, tie it with a washer

I made one really cheap that works great. And you don't need to retie a knot - just use a clip.

get a piece of 2.5" PVC pipe cut it as long as you want and drill a hole in it. tie a big fat not in the end of a length of rope and pull it trough the hole put a clip like for a dog leash on the other end.
