For you guys ON cycle

cytogainer or true mass. whatever is cheaper at the time. I have one for breakfast and 1 after my workout and maybe one before bed. along with at least 4 solid meals.
 
i dont have time for shakes usually, i eat met-rx colossal big 100 bars all the time. depending on the flavor they are around 400 cals tons of protein, much more convenient than a shake.

how many days beofre the taste is unbearable?
 
no they are awesome! apple pie, choc-chip cookie dough are both like candy bars lol.
 
Muscle Juice 2544 before bed 1260 calories 55g protein. Rite now i am trying big blast, and i seem to like the organe flavor and sunny d. Way cheaper then milk.
