hey guys u r heading in wrong direction. this is not the cure.
pain is due to the excessive Cortisol u have when u come off cycle AND when u train for burn, meaning lighter weights and more reps, which robs your bones of Calcium and it takes couple of months to get your calcium back in bones. i experienced this pain for years and now it comes only when i cycle, specialy with d-ball cos it supresses cortisol better then most and so the cortisol rebound is also more severe. if u r experiencing due to burn type training then reduce your volume or increase the weights. if u experience it right after cycle then taper with some 17-C A oral steroid. but the real cure is IPRIFLAVONE common name is osteofix or osteochin. this is the best blocker for calcium given to post menopausal women for osteoporosis. this will greatly help u avoid pain, will also help u retain your strength and muscle as cortisol is the culprit here. take @ 600mg/day for a month. and u will not loose your strength will retain more muscle and have no pain whatsoever in forearms.
always use dairy products they have best calcium source. ALSO supplement with Calcium Vit-D.
