depends on the scar tissue and gauge of needle..

if you can get it through a 29g.. you're good..

otherwise find another spot..

delts are my favorite place to inject and I use a 23 gauge. No problems what so ever. All that is noticeable is a tiny red dot about as big as a needle point.

I have always used 23g on delts and I have no marks
