Alright. I have seen way too many stupid posts about people messing up iu and ml and mg and cc and all this shit.. I'm going to give a simple math/chemistry lesson for the less indulged.....
i.u. = international unit. It is a standard measurment that has no relation to ml, mg, cc, or anything!!!!!
ml = milliliter. This is a VOLUME measurement. it is 1/1000 of a liter. if it is water or oil, it is one cc (cubic centimeter) of fluid.
cc = cubic centimeter. This is a VOLUME measurement. Most syringes measure their capacity in cc's. If you have a 5cc syringe, it will hold 5ml of shit in it.
mg = milligram. This is a WEIGHT measurement. It is 1/1000 of a gram. the amount of steroid you actually get is measured in milligrams. They will give you a concentration of weight to volume, or mg/ml if it is an injectable steroid, or if you are taking pills, they are just measured in mg of actual steroid. Volume doesnt matter with pills.
i.u. can not be converted to mg, ml, cc, or anything else.
ml and cc are basically the same thing.
A quick lesson on different solutions.
Say we have some Deca from two different companies. One is Deca 300 from QV, and one from BM which is DecaDubol 100. Both of these are Nandrolone Decanoate, but they have different concentrations! Here is an explanation:
for the QV Deca 300:
if you take 1 ml (one milliliter) of this solution, it will take up 1cc (one cubic centimeter) of space in the syringe. There will be 300mg (three hundred milligrams) of Deca in this dosage.
for the DecaDubol 100:
if you take 1 ml (one milliliter) of this solution, it will take up 1cc (one cubic centimeter) of space in the syringe. There will be 100mg (one hundred milligrams) of Deca in this dosage.
What is the difference? the QV Deca 300 has a concentration of 300mg/ml, while the DecaDubol only has a concentration of 100mg/ml, although they are the same drug. Always pay attention to what concentration your juice is!!!!
and you may think to yourself, "so you are saying that I can get the same amount of drug in half the amount of shit that I inject?".. the answer is YESSSSSSS you bumbling fool.. don't you understand what I just wrote!?
on to subject #2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
For things that are measured in I.U. (international units)
if you have something such as HGH or HCG, these come in measurements of i.u.'s. For example, Organon makes HCG under the brand pregnyl in 1500i.u. and 5000i.u. concentrations. This shit is a low volume powder, and it is much easier to report measurements as a standard i.u. instead of something such as fractions of a milligram. Here is an example on how to measure out your shit which is shipped with i.u. values.
You have a 1500i.u. vial of HCG. You have 5ml of BAC water that you want to reconstitute your powder with. You are trying to figure out the concentration once you mix these two together. I know some of you suck with math, as per the threads i saw today where people thought that 1500/250 = 60... please get a calculator if you do not know how to divide. Click on the start button, goto run, and type calc in the box, and click ok. It will load up a calculator! Now all of you can do this with me!!!!
we take our 1500i.u. hcg powder, and mix it with 3ml of BAC water. This means, you take 1500 and divide it by 3. Do this by typing 1500 into calc, and then hitting the divide button, then hit 3, and then hit the = sign. This will report back to you 500. This means that there is 500i.u. in each and every one of your milliliters of mixed solution!!! That means you can then inject 1 milliliter of your solution to get 500i.u. of HCG!!!
Apply these simple rules to your every day life, and you will not fail!!!
