runningback7

New member
Im a runningback playing ball at D1 level. I need to drop about 60 lbs i weigh 270lbs i was a 3rd down back and with a new coach. I had 67 carries last year for 244 yds.... Now the new coach redshirted me to lose a good 60 lbs by next yr... Please help with what i need to take to slim down asap...

What about tren, anavar, winny, and clenbutetol? Anyway those cam be put to use?

Steroids are not for weight loss. Its a calorie issue. Either decrease/improve your intake of calories or increase your burn of what your overeating.
Steroids are for muscles not fat.
So do lots of cardio and learn how to eat healthy. You might improve your quality of life at the same time.

^^^ nicely put

If it means that much to you, you'll put in the hard work to get it done.

You need cardio, get your heart rate up... do something like ride your bike 2-3 hours per day and watch your diet. Burn more calories then you eat. I know it is basic stuff but it works!

you are a redshirt freshman in college therefore you are 18 or 19 tops. stop posting on the AAS forum. read the rules. you already asked your question in another thread and got your answer

and how the heck did you let yourself get that out of shape anyway if you got recruited into a D1 school? time to take your body more seriously bud. if i was your coach I would send your lazy ass to the scout team to play nose tackle and then make you do gassers for 2 hours after practice.

you aren't gonna lose 60 pounds taking anything. your coach is obviously giving you an ultimatum that he knows you won't achieve because he wants you to quit and frankly I don't blame him!! I wouldn't want guys on my team who don't take things seriously either

If you are playing at a D1 level I'm sure you have infinite resources at your disposal. Work with your Team Nutritionists and trainers and get on a weight loss plan.

If your serious than get yourself to a nutritionist and start losing the weight. Steroids will not make you lose 60lbs, diet and cardio will. If you lose 5lbs a month thats 60 by next year. Put forth the effort and make it happen.

As a former NCAA athlete it makes me so angry seeing current athletes on here asking about steroids... I didn't touch anything til after I stopped competing. Fought for everything I got. What happened to that? Fuckin sad.

angry because you got beat by joooosers?
kinda contradicting yourself.. so you are saying you are not fighting for your gains now? of course you do... you know better than that.. still requires work as said above...

I didn't get beat by shit actually.

How am I contradicting myself? I don't compete against anyone but myself now. So I'm not sure where that comment came from.

Anabolics give you the edge. You know this. Just unsure as to when competing with your own god-given talent became old news.

As always though thanks for your input moya

you aren't 270 pounds and 16% body fat. if you were your coach wouldn't be demanding you lose 60 pounds. not even Patrick Willis is that huge and he is an all pro LB. you should be in the NFL, not being redshirted if those stats were accurate. you are likely more like 30% body fat and let yourself go after high school and got lazy. and your coach is probably pissed off at you that he wasted a scholarship on a lazy athlete. but hey post up a pic and I will gladly eat crow cause I would love to see what a 270 pound monster with 16% body fat looks like.

and again no a magic pill isn't gonna make you lose 60 pounds nor will it help you. and if you mess with stims your blood pressure is probably gonna go sky high

so you should be posting in the diet section or PM'ing dylan and have him (if you are willing to get your head out of your stubborn ass) help you. but no one is gonna be able to help you when you come on here and start lying to us. we all know you aren't 22 as a freshman in college on a fullride scholarship at a D1 school. so when you are ready to be honest let us know

Either you graduated when you were 19, which is late to graduate, or you're not very good at math.

I second the motion for a Pic....bro if you were 270 @ 16% you would be getting looks from NFL scouts already. Not being red shirted.
I dont care if you are 19 or actually 22.... Doesnt matter to me where football is concerned. Yeah these guys are beating up on you but your looking for a quick fix. Dont get me wrong...I'm totally in support of AAS use in football to take you to another level(whatever that makes me i dont care)... But for YOUR situation it would be counter productive. You need to just drop weight and body fat. If you get down to 210 at 10% then is the time to consider AAS if your going to. That will put solid lean mass on you at that point(provided you eat right).
Being at a D1 school you should have trainers, strength coaches, access to nutritionists coming out your ass no? Obviously theres a Big difference between USC and other schools like Wisconsin but either way I would think if it was that important they would be practically holding your hand all the way.

That's what I'm thinking. Most schools have a training team that should at least half ass know exactly what you need to do either bulk you up, trim you down, make you stronger, and make you faster. I would think with a clean diet and no drinking your normal strength and conditioning should do the rest.

^^^ you guys are right.. I don't care how old the guy is truely. if you are underage FINE. its not a big deal to PM me and say "steve please move the thread to the diet section so i can get help"

we have some very good vets on here who will help you.. but 60 pounds is a tall order. realistically its not gonna happen quickly, losing all that weight fast is not healthy anyway. you want to take baby steps .. if you are really redshirted for next year that means you have a year to get there and that is very plausible. but it will take a big change to what you are doing. the coach obviously thinks you have talent or he wouldn't of redshirted you to save you for a full 4 years of eligibility. so you can either kick ass for the next year getting in shape and take advantage of your talents or you can slack like you have been doing.

I was just like you at one time brother. I wanted to take primo, winny, tren and another steroid I thought would help me lose bodyfat. This is not the way to go! Adjust your diet and start doing alot of cardio. I lost 40lbs so I know you could lose 60lbs with hard work and patience. I haven't touched steroids in awhile and may wait until next year before I do. Stay focused!!!!!!!!

I was kind of injured and couldnt weight train at the time but last spring I adjusted my diet and cardio and lost 45 lb in 3 months.

It can be done without steroids because we both did it with diet and exercise. When I do decide to hit the tren and winny, I will look and feel much better.

Any experienced trainne would agree that if your workout routine is set the right way yu should be remained unchanged.. Same movements same goal to Peform stronger at them. The only thing that worked like a miracle for me when cutting is An intermittent fastin protocol with carb cycling... On workout days you keep low fat high carb and calorie surplus 20%.. Off days you keep low carb high fat calorie deficiet 20%.. Google Martin berkhan leangains my friend. It works all the time!
