Guys if I train up one part of the body till I'm sore on a monday and then on the tuesday do the same part only for a short session (just to 'kill it'-the muscle group I mean) for the week and do some other muscle group as well and repeat this cyclic rotation would I see better muscle growth??
 
if you're gonna hit a muscle twice, do it right: spaced evenly with volume that you can handle

There is absolutely no point in this. Spend the time eating and resting so you can grow.
