Focus and Concentration

im taking a summer course in component design in a few weeks, and thought that i could use any help that i can get. ill see what a bottle does.

Eat a little fish...

*exclamer* Subjective information..

Fish has DHA. The main fatty acid in the brain. Stress and coristal kill the brain natural supply of DHA. It is vital as it acts as a super low viscosity lubricant to help dopamine and other neurotransmitters travel quickly where they need to go. This will help tremendously if a DHA deficiency is what you have. Also super for stress relief.

High amounts of DHA can be found in: Salmon, sardines, mackeral, and most other 'oily' fish. Low amounts can be found in tuna.

Your probily missing something in your diet. Please decide wisely and don't jump for the quick fix...
