Focus and Concentration

What supplements help concentration and focus. I mean herbs and vitamins that are easily obtainable?
Thanks.

Try Ginkoba, it's an herb made from the leaves of an ancient tree. It increases circulatory oxygenation to brain to help mental focus and memory.

You should be able to buy at your grocery store and definately GNC.;)

Hey fogg, how long did it take before you noticed a difference? and what was the change, i.e. better concentration, able to retain more info...

Well, I didn't take it on a daily basis. I would take it for like two or three days in a row, leading up to a large exam. Instead of taking the recommended three capsules, I would take six. (with food in the morning... it's awful on an empty stomach.)

For me, the effects were: better ability to concentrate with distractions around me, seemed to retain the material better, and actually performed better on the exams. For example, with physics, I would just look at the problem and start working it out without even really thinking of what approach to take.

The only real side-effects I got from it were getting slightly warmed-up from it, and definitely more hyperactive. I'd say give a bottle a try and see how it works for you.
