Second workout since May after numerous hospital visits. Up 15 pounds and have lost no muscle only a slight increase in bodyfat to about 10%. My size is unreal as i have not workout though a tad soft which will change as the workouts become steady very quickly. At this point goal will be 200 pounds at 5'4 than will think about 2003 contest season carefully. Will post some new pics soon. Great to be back.
