flex does kick boxing and martial arts somewhere out in cali, I saw a pic of him online he was around 8%bf and around 225lbs he is still in great shape but no where near what he looked like back in his peak days. I'll look around and see if I can find the sight that had pics of him fighting

he loos amazing there, dry as hell but some of his poses do not exaclty highlight him. Some of them are sloppy or done to quickly so he looses the dramatic effect


Tho he is cocky which is bad ass
