flax seed question

I know that mixing carbs and fats is a big no-no, but would it matter if i added a teaspoon of flax seeds in with my oats in the morning and with my rice that i have with my chicken for dinner?

Also, if i have two teaspoons of flaxseeds per day, will i still need to use flaxseed oil as well?

this whole not mixing carbs and fat is (IN MY OPINION) one of the worst misconceptions written.........maybe it's just me, but I eat protein, fats and carbs in every single meal....including pre-contest............

I must admit I follow this guy threads, I don't understand most of his English though. (are you in a kind of slang or something?)
I agree with the idea of eating fats, carbs and prot in every single meal except the PostWO that I think should be high GI carb + a good amount of high digestive response prot, and the prebed meal that should be merely prot + good fats.
My diet starts very high in carbos and slowly turns into high in fats to the night.
But except from those two meals I mentioned, every other is carb/fat/prot.

Cheers.
