I've been doing a lot of research on this board about fat burning supps etc, etc. I have narrowed it down to taking "Flax Seed Oil" and a protein powder (possibly Thriple Threat 3/60...is that sold in canada?). I was just wondering about the dosage of flax seed oil...how much should I take a day, when should I take it? Does it work well? I am 5'11/194lbs and want to get down to 180-185 and lean.
Any help would be much appreciated.
