hey guys thanks, GRIMM prom was 4/27 it was fun. And about the squats i know the injury hurt and I gotta get back at it. I havn't been able to get a box in the weight room lately b/c of all the football players at my school gym but soon to change. I've been workin abs mon tue thur fri HARD with diff variations. So hopefully that will help me out some and about the par thing I don't know why I guess freak ur right i'm afraid to go lower.
