Why do you think this is true? I've only been scammed once in my life, and it was in 1998 from someone on the east coast. Out west I'm working with someone who provides better service than Nordstrom

i heard the way to do it is you can get a fake id made on a website (sorry i forgot the site).then open a p.o. box at a place like mailboxes etc, i heard they have 24 hr service so you can go at night and scout the parking lot out when they r closed except for the p.o boxes themselves. hope this helps
