Fixed Up Diet ,plz help

Meal1-Protein Shake,1wholewheat toast(Preworkout)
GYM-6:45-7:50ish
Meal2-44Gram protein Shake/Small Cup serving oatmeal from the deli (Carbs not sure)
Meal3-About 2grilled chicken breast and broccoli
Meal4-1cup LF Cottage Cheese,1/3oatbran,5eggwhites
Meal5-2Chicken Breast,EFA
Meal6-Protein Shake,EFA

how does this look? should i add more carbs for meal1? since its early 5am 2wholewheat toast? i dont wanna do cardio :/ but i guess i might start doing it somehow:/

maybe another reason to this not dropping at weight or fat to be exact is cause i aint getting enough sleep:/ i need more sleep!

allergic to fish, i know this is something that many argue but do you think 50-60gram protein at 1sitting at meal 3 is to much since its at 11 and by the time i get home its 4....so i can burn this off with all the stair walking i do and stuff..?
 
change the carbs in meal 2, postworkout u dont want complex carbs which is what you would get from oatmeal, you want simple carbs.
 
i dont know if it contains dextrose, look on the ingredients it might, i know it is a high gi carb though so if u wanna use that iw ould work.
 
I think gatorade contains a glucose/sucrose/fructose blend of carbohydrates....

It should do the trick - but I don't think it's cheaper than dextrose powder....if money is an issue for you.
