OK here is a brief summary of what i eat everyday nothing changes.
8:30= half a litter of egg whites with 2 packs of oatmeal. and a bananna
10:00= protein shake with my multi V's add mixed berries to the shake
11:30= 1 whole chicken with 30g of almonds add broccoli
2:00= 2 can of light flaked tuna with 1 cup of brown rice and a banana after that drop the banana and add an apple
3:30= protein shake with mixed berries
5:00= 1 pound of lean stake on the bbq im
8:00= cereal lol chicken, sweat potato, and mxed veggies (broccoli, coliflour, carrots, peppers ect)
10:00= protein shake then go to sleep. add a few whole eggs and some spinach
I think my what i eat is pretty impressive most people don't eat a quarter of what i do a day, my family thinks insane lol..
