How much do I need a day. I've been taking 3 each a day. I have the 1000mg caps.

6'-1"
205 lbs
I workout 5-6 days a week weights and cardio.

Use the amount you need accordng to your diet macros. If you have no macros, then 4-6 per day should suffice.
