First week on new cycle, workout not so good...

One week on prop/winny thus far. Using Mr. X's bulking diet plan and working out 3x a week. Low volume, concentrating on doing the negative part of the lift slow, 4-6 seconds. My workout today was terrible, got LESS reps than I did last week for a few exercises. Hoping for a better workout on my next weight day.
