Another block polished of PPL rest PPL - First 3 were beyond average felt super flat, fatigued and either barely match reps or lost reps but job still got done still ticked the boxes had a solid rest day & smashed 2nd half reps bounced back up energy still meh but trending in right direction again.

Weight hovering around 72.5-73kg still given myself more carbs to try combat feeling so flat. It's well and truly the final stretch now and its nearly time to reverse out and put on some size so just gotta soldier on

PEPS/AAS remain unchanged
@Prymal mots & ss31 mito combo is awesome highly recommend both of these peps to everyone
thinking next it to push test high and maybe dabble in some eq 🤷‍♂️

Added cream of rice pre workout and added bread based meals back into rotation too feeling a lot better and definitely fuller.

Recording the sets to dial the form in instead of chasing the weight is the kind of patient skill work that pays the strength back tenfold once the technique is locked in brother 💪
