I am thinking of getting gear but I don't really know what would be the best for me. I here a million different things for everyone but none I feel apply to me. I'm looking to get nice strength gains..size gains aren't too important but wouldn't mind'em...I would like to drop body fat and get some muscle definition. I have a good base but I am a hard gainer.
