i don't think you were out of line at all--i have come to realize that so many more people read these threads than actually post, so advice needs to be based on actual hard knowledge or that gained by years of use. k to you
 
im running 500mg test e EW ill let everyone know how i respond and how good my gains are

Thats right its great to ask Q's about anything but only give advice about things you've used or are using because some one can be hurt through ban advice maybe not directle but indirecly through reading a bad post .

i just looked doen before :170 members, 700 guests viewings--what we say cab have an impact well beyond the one guy we are talking to ---that said, i have used amost eveything except dnp---butt ireserve the right to call the stuff death in a bottle. :)
 
i say he needs to do 1 g of test a week, with some halo, deca, dbol and some meth. or maybe some coke. LOL :D

exactly, how big do you want to get? if you want to grow, you need to consume at least 1.5 - 2 grams of protein per day. which to get to 200 lbs, would be 350 - 400 g per day. that's a lot of food and protein shakes. don't for the carbs, they're seriously needed for bulking, and of course the fats are needed to. your diet is waaaay to lean, and if your training the way you eat, you'll probably maintain where you're at. heavy weight + lots of food(protein)= mass. also - check out nutritiondata.com, it'll tell you the total carbs, fat, protein, and calories in the food you currently eat. to check and see where you stand with your diet, make a log, for 3 days write down everything you eat, and be honest. then go to that site and calculate the calories and it'll give you the big picture. i think you'll be surprised at what you're really taking in and how much it takes to grow. just my 2 bro, hope this helps.

I agree with the others. Too high of a dose for a first time user. If your first time you diet and train correctly there is no reason you can't put on 20lbs from 250mg of test. In fact not many people need more than that to gain weight. People do react differently to different compounds. The rule of thumb is to always start off slow so you can monitor your body and side effects. Bump it up only when you are at a sticking point in cycles. If you are gaining good from 250mg a week of test there is no reason to bump it up. You are wasting gear. If you keep making decent gains why take more gear? He isn't a professional body builder. A regular joe trying to get into better shape. He shouldn't take steroids at all and fix his diet. I really don't think that he's eating all that every day. Everyone always claims they eat so much. Many of my friends did until they actually hung out with me for a week and trained with me at my house. Needless to say all the skinny guys that ate soo freakin much throughout the day were barely putting in 2000 calories a day from what they were eating. And thought I was crazy for eating 10 small meals a day, although I was eating 5000+ calories a day. Another thing I think you are doing wrong is trying to cut and bulk. Might as well give up now it'll take forever. If you are serious about bulking, then do it right. Don't try to cut up while gaining weight. Get big, get fat if you have to.......then cut down.

If you did a first cycle of Dianabol, and anadrol and didnt get any results than it's 1 of two thigs, or two of two things..
1) The shit was Fake !
2) You have no idea what you are doing/you have to eat correctly #1, And lift correctly #2....if you just wake up like you scored some MAGIC beans from JACK (Jack & the bean stawk) You'll never get anywere at all !
