first timer... and suggestions?

I've tried debol and anadrol in pill form but had little to no results... I'm concidering trying something in liquid form... I'm a 28 yr old male, 5' 11" and 165 lbs. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I should try?
 
you should try food food and more food bro. 5'11 at 165 there is plenty of room for more food.
whats your current diet look like?
 
^^^^^yea get ur diet on track...that will help a lot. you can get to 185 then do a cycle. but for a first cycle if ur tryin to bulk just do 500mg testosterone enanthate EW for 10 weeks and dbol weeks 1 - 4 to kick start it

you do not need that much gear for a first cycle

I eat 6 to 7 times a day... start with 3 plain pancakes at 6am and a wey protein shake.... next meal at 8am is a bowl of kashi cereal with fat free milk... After that I eat about a cup lf yougurt with fruit at 10am then lunch at noon is usually a roast beef and turkey sandwich with fat free cheese on whole grain bread. Next I will have a whole grain bagel or another sandwich around 4:30pm. Dinner is usually the last time I eat for the day and what I eat varies a from a salad to hamburger helper and it's usually around 7. I am pretty thin overall but I do have some belly fat that I want to lose as I bulk up which is why I'm eating so little fat! Thanks for your reply!

your diet sounds like it is for an endurance athlete--too many carbs not enough protein--and maybe not enough fat

if you are not lifting like a madman already, and given your diet, i think you are a couple of years away from considering a cycle---imho

drop the pankakes and have eggs for bfast, drop the cereal and eat oatmeal with protein powder. drink a protein shake before bed. just remember what ever you eat make sure it has a reasonably high amount of protein in it and no carbs before bed.

hows your training program?

A lot of people did that for their first cycle and a lot of people still do its fine imo as soon as his diet and training are in check.

if his diet and training were in check and i mean seriously in check not some half assed attempt like you would employ, you do not need that much gear. 250mg a week of test puts 4-5x more testosterone in you body than it produces, so if you cant grow with that much more test in your system something is wrong or it could be that he may want the tough guy approach to aas like you employ.

if thats your first cycle, what have your other cycles looked like?

He may be fine doing it but he doesnt even know how he reacts to test so its better to do one at a time for the first so he can identify the problem right away.............imo He could make gains off of 250mg of test if he has a proper diet. :)
