First time using peptides, questions...

It's not gh, it's peptides that cause the body to release gh...

Correct. Take GHRP-6 for example a 28-amino-acid peptide that signals the human body to begin secreting growth-hormone . Growth Hormone in the human body has host of beneficial effects such as decreased body fat, increased muscle, and increased strength and stamina. The Growth Hormone secreted by the body then causes the liver to secrete the highly anabolic hormone known as IGF-1. IGF-1 also contributes greatly to the body’s ability to burn fat and build muscle. Thus, in several studies, when subjects were given GHRP-6, their muscle mass increased and their body fat was reduced significantly.

Each peptide does something similar ,it's just picking the one thats best for you and your needs.
 
I have ran ipam and modgrf 1-29 and it was cool. I'm getting ready to run cjc1295 no dac with ghrp 6 while on my current cycle of test/eq and soon to be tren/winny as well.
 
I'm 30 yo. 6'5" and 275lbs with between 10 and 13 percent body fat. Done a couple of cycles, mostly bread and butter type, test/eq, test/deca.
Currently taking 500test e only and just started ipamorelin and CJC last week. I'm doing 100mcg of each x 3 every day. Morning, pwo, and bedtime. I'm thinking this dose is too low for my size, what do you think.
Looking for someone with good experience with these compounds.
Btw, also on clomid (on and off), hcg, and letro.

For Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 approx 1mcg / 1kg of BW would be saturation dose. So for you 125mcg of each would be the saturation dosage. However Ipamorelin has this great property where you can take way more past the saturation dosage for a super gh release. Now the release is not linear with dosage past saturation dose and it follows law of declining returns but its something you can experiment with for post work out or for great sleep.

I personally shotgun 400-500mcg pre bed for maximum recovery / rest during sleep.

Thats a good starting dosage,give it a few weeks,Take the Ipam 20 min before morn meal. Also why yje reason for Clomid,HCG & Letro? You did do a pct last cycle right?

I would take it approx 1-2 hours before consuming food to be on the safe side, because of 2 reasons.

1. Food may interact with the GH output.
2. Ipam only has a half life of up to 2 hours.
