First time user!!

Hey guys,

Im brand new to the site, and this gonna be my first cycle. I am running a 10 week cycle Test C 300mg. Have done some research, but would appreciate greatly any words of advice...supplements, and such.

Complete noob here...any advice would be awesome.

limited lifting exp, former Marine, lots of cardio.

Would like to maintain weight of about 185-195 but cut down to around 2-3% bf and cut up very nicely.

First of all welcome, second of all a good rule of thumb is to never run AAS at that high of bodyfat, get yourself down to 10-12% with hard work and proper diet before you think about a cycle bro...just looking out for a brother. I'm not even going to ask about cycle support supplements or PCT at this point, you have time to research. Do it right bro!

This is my first cylce. I have tried and just cant seem to lose..I quit smoking bout 3 years ago and since I have turned 30+ I have gained alot of weight. Most my life I weighed around 145-150. What are the dangers of running this cycle with high bf %'s?? Like I said I am very new to this. I plan on a combination of P90X and Insanity workouts. my first pin was this evening.

I would like to obviously do everything I can to reduce side effects, and I am not very familiar with what supplements I can take and are if at all accessible from a GNC or if I would need to order online.

Thanks again guys for your help. I really dont wanna f anything up!

bro you absolutely cannot run a cycle at that body fat... trust me, you CAN lose the weight you want with the proper diet and training... i would be happy to help you out with a supplement stack to aid you in weight loss but you absolutely have no business even condidering an aas cycle at that body fat

have a trainer at the gym use the calipers... please dont tell me your asking side effects from a cycle... you already started a cycle and dont know the side effects... fuck man

No, I realize the side effects...it is just obvious that you guys are sayin I shouldnt do it because of the higher bf% I was just wondering if there were additional side effects or if the chances are increased. Im definitely gonna take your guys' advice..I should be fine after just one injection right? or no? Like I said, very new to this.

I definitely wont be doing anymore, and I am glad I asked before I did any real damage. Now the second question, how can I quickly get my bf down to an appropriate level? I am not fat by any means, I have a belly and thats about it? I am gonna go to the gym and get measured for sure, I just would like to be in awesome shape by the end of summer, while this now seems very unreachable. I have changed my diet, do not drink pop..drink mostly tea, milk and water. Nothing with high amounts of fat. I eat alot of grilled salmon and chicken with rice and red potatoes, lots of steamed veggies...etc. I have been very mindful of what I eat.

to lose a good amount of weight like that you do not need any kind of aas save that for size. Just eating right and excercising. Some kind of appetite suppressant/diet pills can help as well.

Hi I'm about to start cypionate and deca for ten weeks was wondering if I should be taking anything whilst im on it or after I have done a sus and deca stack before but lost most of my gain due to me not taking anything after the stack I'm not very clued up so any help would be very much appreciated

Look at dylans picture and if I remember correctly he recently said his around 6-7% body fat. And thats a guy who works his ASS off with insane workouts, super strict diet and daily routine and an ASTOUNDING knowledge of AAS...

My advice? Rome was not built in a day, and im sure the guys like dylan will tell u the same thing. Have reasonable goals to start off with and as months and years pass keep tweaking ur goals. Ur body fat right now at 21% is somewhat high but it IS easy to lose it provided u are taking in the right calorie requirements at the appropriate macros. Add in weights and cardio and u'll shred up just fine. Try to come down to AT LEAST 15% before maybe bulking. You have been lifting for a very short period of time. Like I said rome was not built in a day and it usually takes more than a year to put on substantial mass naturally. BUlking followed by cutting (and repeat) until you reach your goals.

Like I said, dylan is around 6-7% bf, so be realistic with ur goals. Are u prepared to workout as hard and as often as dylan and the other guys on here and making it ur lifestyle? As a last point 2-3% bodyfat will be next to impossible. Just saying bro...

He knows his shit and I can assure u that he'll agree with me that there are wayyyyy too many guys like u who lurk on these sites and jump on AAS trying to "skip" years of hardwork and training. Change ur lifestyle and learn to love bodybuilding.
