First time user on third week update! Some input please!!!
Well it is my third full week I am starting to see a difference but not a great difference yet, I know that it takes a bit longer because decca and ganabol takes a while to kick in.
I bumped up the eq ganabol 50 to 3cc every 4 days and the decca noradelen 200 is going to stay at 1 injection a week of 2 cc so, so I uped 2cc a week more of eq and going to take the decc alone 2cc in one shot once every Friday.
My bench weight went up in the first 2 weeks and after that in the third week it went up 10 pounds more on last set for 2 reps 250pounds.
I am 5'7" and holding at 185 and loosing fat around the waist stomach area quick doing a lot of cardio!!!! Some input please fellas thx.
