Also Var I don't believe is the way to go. Like Spy said the pumps, especially the lower back pumps will kill your workouts, but more importantly kill your moving ability too. Just all around harder to do anything athletic when on the stuff. Even with some taurine and a whole shit ton of water you're going to be in pain. Maybe not, but those are my experiences.
Secondly, "I've tried dieting, i cannot seem to lose this last 5% BF." I don't want to sound like a prick, but you haven't tried hard enough. Unless your at 10% and shootin for 5%, losing five percent is pretty easy to do. I mean it takes some sacrifice and some commitment, but so does your sport! Plus when you're cutting weight for a fight, you do a major part of it a couple of days or even a day out. Sweatsuits, abolene, saunas, all that shiz. You know that right? I mean I'm assuming you do.
Clen isn't the answer either. Steroids, clen, not the answer. The Kitchen then the gym. That's the answer.
