First time user, Anavar

I have ran (2) Anavar only cycles with great success but I worked out 5/6 days a week and had a high protein diet. If you plan on just taking Anavar and not working out you will not see the benefits your hoping for, steroids are not magic you have to put in time at the gym and have a good diet to see great results. if your just trying to cut body fat then use clen like the other guy suggested or start a clean cutting diet there are lots of them on the Internet
 
Wootooom, how did you recover your sex drive after your var cycle?

DTG, did you also experience a suppressed libido on/post your var cycle?

I'm looking at doing 40mg for 6 weeks but have heard a lot of horror stories regarding lost libido and wondering if HCG and/or HCGenerate can help? If not, is there any way to run var only and avoid killing my sex drive?

Yes i recovered bro, i used Clomid after cycle. I got suppressed libido on cycle.

HCGgenerate will definetly help, i wish i used that when i did my cycle!

To be honest I really wasn't suppressed when I was on var I was still having sex but libido was decreased but I think it was all in my head because for those 6 weeks I ran Anavar at 50mg ED all I wanted to do was workout did not wanna leave the gym lol in my opinion when your taking steroids you want to benefit from them to the fullest so you live breath eat the gym so nothing else seems to matter for those 6 weeks so there are other factors in your life during that time your on cycle that take a hit so to speak like sex, partying etc! Everyone is different and yes if you are worried about libido then take HCGenerate with Anavar and I would throw in Unleashed two awesome products that will be beneficial! I would do 50mg instead of 40mg bc 40mg won't give you the results that your hoping and spread your doses out like 8 hours away from eachother at 25mg so your in an anabolic state for most of the day
 
Hey guys so ive been reading alot about steroids and what not, and I was reading into Anavar and it looks like it is one of the safer steroids to use. Now before everyone bites my head off, my goal is to cut down for muay thai, im not trying to get big, im trying to get down to a weight class and be as strong as possible there.

I'm 21 years old and ive been training muay thai for over a year plus im a mover so i am very active. i havent hit the weights in a while cause im not trying to put on too much muscle and frankly after a long ass day at work i usually dont want to go lift more stuff.

Im at about 200lbs and roughly 15% BF ive tried doing the diet thin, and frankly my eating habits are that bad anyways, i just cannot seem to strip this last bit of fat off, ive eaten right with supplements and worked out and it doesnt do much at all.

THats why i wam considering using anavar. I figured id do 40mg ED for 6 weeks. another question i have is what would be a better PCT novaldex or clomid??? and what should i use to keep my libido up?

At 21 take advantage of your already high natural hormones.
At least get your hormone levels tested before you make a decision.
At your age most of the times you just need DIET,,TRAINING,,REST
and dedication.

i rest i go to muay thai almost every night and ive tried dieting, i cannot seem to lose this last 5% BF. unless liquid clen is actually pretty good stuff and wont give me the shakes or have other sides then idk.
 
Hey man I wish you good luck dropping down a weight class. What class are you in right now and what are you trying to get to?

Also Var I don't believe is the way to go. Like Spy said the pumps, especially the lower back pumps will kill your workouts, but more importantly kill your moving ability too. Just all around harder to do anything athletic when on the stuff. Even with some taurine and a whole shit ton of water you're going to be in pain. Maybe not, but those are my experiences.

Secondly, "I've tried dieting, i cannot seem to lose this last 5% BF." I don't want to sound like a prick, but you haven't tried hard enough. Unless your at 10% and shootin for 5%, losing five percent is pretty easy to do. I mean it takes some sacrifice and some commitment, but so does your sport! Plus when you're cutting weight for a fight, you do a major part of it a couple of days or even a day out. Sweatsuits, abolene, saunas, all that shiz. You know that right? I mean I'm assuming you do.

Clen isn't the answer either. Steroids, clen, not the answer. The Kitchen then the gym. That's the answer.
 
40 mg will be good for strength without any mass and i just finished a cycle of var at 60 mg for 8 weeks and had no pain at all while at the gym and my bench went up 60 lbs.. Squats and deads went up to... Pct i did clomid for 14 days right after and fully recovered no problem.. Its a mild cycle

I have definetly done the dieting. my diet is pretty fucking clean, and its not that easy to lose that last 5%. ive been trying for a while now and it just wont fall off. Im on a diet of 2300 cals a day and as i said not only am i a mover but i do muay thai every night. and i dont cut weight for a fight like most do, IMO its stupid and unhealthy to cut that much water weight in one night and then gain it all back. yes i do know that but i like to stay within 5 lbs of fight weight weight. im trying to hit 185lbs at 10% BF but i have hit a wall at the 200-195lb limit. Some people just have a harder time losing it then others. I have no problem packing on muscle, just shedding the fat. The only reason ive thought about var is for the fat loss plus strength increase.

Now I have read up that the pumps just kill but I have no problem putting my muay thai on the back burner for a little more than a month and just live in the gym if thats what it would take.
