I have never used juice before, and I am seriously considering it. I am tired of the way that I look and feel. I am 6' 6" and 236, but a flabby 236. I lifted last year here at school, but was unable to do so over the summer and I have lost my mass and gotten fat. I would like to get up to about 270 and stay there. I ride motocross, and that is about the heaviest weight a bike can handle. I am in a Big 12 college town, so I'm sure I can find some stuff floating around. I just don't know what to use or how much. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I know very little about this. Thanks.
