first time to juice

I have never used juice before, and I am seriously considering it. I am tired of the way that I look and feel. I am 6' 6" and 236, but a flabby 236. I lifted last year here at school, but was unable to do so over the summer and I have lost my mass and gotten fat. I would like to get up to about 270 and stay there. I ride motocross, and that is about the heaviest weight a bike can handle. I am in a Big 12 college town, so I'm sure I can find some stuff floating around. I just don't know what to use or how much. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I know very little about this. Thanks.:fro:
 
start training more like for 6 months or more of good training then use roids...i say almost train for 1 year then go to the roids...and train good...take good supps too and do cardio and a diet...
 
mx, what's going on, bro? first let me start off by saying welcome to the board. :) alot of people will jump on the juice prematurely. it's recommended to workout/lift for at least .... if not more, than a year before gettin gon the gear. you'll want to reach your natural plateau before starting anything... if you dont you may find yourself relying on it in the future. good luck. peace
 
I agree with ultra...you need to get the body used to handling weights and strengthing your joints. also you need to get a good diet in check to build upon.After 6 or more months of training you will have a solid foundation to build upon!! RADAR
