first time test e cycle,

Hi guys decided i am going to do my first cycle in 6 weeks time which is going to be a test e at 500mg per week, will use armidex to stop gyno a water retention throughout the cycle. My aims for this cycle is lean gains and minimal fat if possible so ill be only eating 500 cals above my maintenance. what can i expect to gain and keep from a first cycle? my diet will be spot on all through cycle. Also what gains did people make from there first cycle and keep?
my stats are

age 25
5ft 11
13 stone 2
waist 34.5inch
 
No one can guesstimate gains all of that boils down to diet, metabolism and a host of other factors,You need to run Test Eth to reap the full benefits as noticable gains start to appear arounf week 5-6

how long do you plan on running it? and keeping your gains falls on your pct bud...whats your pct look like?

Diet needs to be spot on before, during and after cycle not just while your on. PCT also needs to be stronger mate. As for gains from a first cycle all we can say is youl be pleasently surprised :)

Test is always a good choice for a first cycle and at 500mg a week should deffinately sow decent gains but which has already been said everyones different so no one can really tell you a spot on for your personal gains...But i did not see in there how long youll be running the cycle for.And as Radar already stated with test it will take 5-6 weeks for real Noticeable gains to show..So Dont change anything or get down thinking its not working when your 3 or 4 weeks in and dont notice much..Personaly on a test only cyle I like to run no less than 8 weeks and usually 12.And than a good PCT...
