First time Taking steroids HELPPPPPPPP!!!!!

Ok I have used sustanon 250 before but i messed up on it, I did not know what i was doing and i did everything wrong..
Ok now I want to take eq ONLY cycle nothing added, but i dont know how much i should be injecting and how many times a week i should be injecting? Also what pct should i use for eq only cycle and how long should i run itfor?
Im 21 5'8 202lb been training very hardcore for 2 years but i will take the juice after i turn 22, Im just trying to get some information before i use it.
My main goal is to get stronger and add maybe 5-10lb of lean muscle only not fat and muscle..

PLEASE HEELLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I am going to make a suggestion that might come off as brash, but do not do steroids. They are not for you. You're way too young, and you need to do way more research before you attempt this again. If you want to put on muscle all you need is good diet and to train your ass off. Not juice. Please think this through bro. I'm not trying to be a Dick I promise.

Why not? The reason im here is to get help and not mess anythin up, and i dont think im really that young i know alot bodybuilding, my diet is good and im training very hard, i just needed a lil boost, i know steroids are not the only way but i just need a boost to get to the next level. Also I dont want to get much side effect from this cycle the less sides the better.
Why not help instead of criticize...
 
dude, take time, train hard, why not supp hard before hand?

take tons of anti ess..

tons of test boosters then when all else is tried, THEN .... eat dbol.

I understand that you are here for direction, and I'm trying to direct you into reaching the same goals without AAS. Knowing a lot about body building does not mean you're impervious to the long term effects that AAS could potentially have on your body in a negative manner. You say "Why not help instead of criticizing" I have your health, goals, and best interests at heart. I would believe this is helping. I know you need to do more research or you wouldn't be running an EQ only test. Plus you're also unsure about dosage, duration, etc....which leads me to believe you haven't put in the due diligence.

I would suggest two things. Firstly, put up your entire day's meals. Let us see your macros in detail and then we can give you further diet progress. Second thing, if you're looking for a little boost. I would suggest N2KTS, NeedtoSlin, and GEAR. These products will help you shed fat, and build slabs of adult sized muscle. Those are three of my favorite products ever. Especially on a clean bulk which you should be doing.

Wow, yet another thread started by a child who has no idea how to eat, train, or supplement who is ASKING for help and has a fucking PISS POOR attitude about being steered in the right direction.....it never ends...

Ok this is my diet that everyone wants to know

9:30am 1 cup oat meal 2 scoops whey protein and 1 banana
11:30am Can tuna, 6 egg white 1 cup brown rice
2:00pm 10oz Chicken breast, 2 big red potatoes or 3-4 medium potatoes
Post workout 2 scoops whey 70g waxy maize
6:00pm 10oz Chicken breast 2 cups brown rice
8:00pm 8-10oz eye of round steak (The leanest steak i could find) with 1 cup of red beans
10:30pm 2 whole eggs with 8 whites
12:00pm 1 cup of fat free carb free cottage cheese (22g protein) and 1 scoop whey (24g protein) in water.

I supplement with creatine and beta alanine only i cant spend too much money for other useless supplements because the foods cost too much money itself.. My training is very hardcore I train very very hard in the gym no bullshit..
I also drink 2 gallons of water a day

The supplements I have listed are not bullshit I promise. If you don't have money for those, then you definitely don't have enough for steroids, and for the proper PCT that is required after.

Your diet looks pretty damn good for a bulk, and a clean bulk at that. You will easily pack on 10-15lbs with this diet. Not like instantaneously but give it sometime.

Well i do have the money for juice and pct, the reason i said i dont want to spend money on supp is cuz i want tot get the real deal, supps are too expensive and not worth my money i rather spend it on food im already eating $100$ worth of food a week.. I ve been on this diet for 3-5 month its a good diet but i want to get very strong without adding any fat in the process..

If you guys arent gonna help thats fine with me i have no problem, id probably log out and go to another site and would take the juice anyway.. I just wanted some information but thanks ricko for being nice and not an ass

My suggestion would then be to run Helladrol. It's amazing at shredding you up and putting mass on. Quickly too. It's not going to have a lot of sides with it either. EQ can really jack your blood pressure which can cause all sorts of problems. I would check it out. I really think it would be worth your time. Plus, IT IS THE REAL DEAL. Get it at Mr.Supps.com. Also remember that insulin is one of the most anabolic hormones the human body produces. Hence the suggestion for needtoslin. It jacks your insulin sensitivity through the roof, that way all those cals you take in throughout the day goes straigt to muscle not to fat. Perfect for bulking. The Helladrol and the N2Slin make for an insanely potent combo.
 
i am gonna be the guy to go the opposite way here, looking at your diet that is strong, good stuff.

if your training is really as good as you say it is and looking at your stats 5'8 202lbs as long as your not more than 15% bodyfat at the most i dont see why you shouldnt be able to do a small cycle

what is your bodyfat % like, be honest

Im extremely educated in diet part and im looking to become a trainer in the future, anyway im not sure on the BF but last time i checked it was 13% it shouldnt be any higher right now.. im just looking to do an eq only cycle im not looking to add dblo drol or any other steroids to it, just a small cycle of eq and im not looking to get crazy results i just want to get strong as shit with minimum side effects..
I just want to know how much the dosage should be each week, how many times a week to inject and how long should i run it for? What pct should i use do i need anti estrogen for this cycle or no?
Like i said before im not doing any cycle untill 1 more year..

Like i said before im NOT gonna take any supplement, It looks like you're trying to sell me stuff but i know your not and you're just trying to help.. Also im not looking to shed fat or anythin, i want to get strong with no fat added if that make sense..

i understand what you are looking for from this planned cycle, and see your reasons for wanting to run EQ alone, its easy to think that would be a good idea by reading a profile on it.

really man, for your first proper cycle i would say go for test with an AI like arimidex or aromasin to keep gains lean and bloat away. 500-600mg of test E per week split into 2 injections for 10-12 weeks is optimal. run HCG throughout weeks 4 till the end of cycle at 250'iu's 2 x per week, or do a blast at the end, followed by PCT of aromasin with a little nolva or clomid and if possible a good test booster like HCGenerate.

if your really dead set on this EQ only idea i would do 600 mg per week for 16 weeks, really without test EQ isnt gonna give you as much in terms of gains. you could have an AI on hand incase you get E buildup. PCT would be similar to what i outlined above.

Thanks that was helpful, like i said before i dont want to go crazy for my first cycle and add test to the eq, i know i should and i would get better gains but i just want to take it easy for now, 5lb of lean muscle is all in need anyway, I just want to get strong..
Also why do i need Anti E for eq cycle? Because in many different sites including steroids.com i read that eq wont convert to estrogen and you dont need an anti e for it just clomid to help bring up your natural test levels also can i use 2g of tribulus instead of clomid for post cycle..

In the future this is what im gonna run
eq only cycle

week 1-16 500mg eq 250 on Monday and 250 on Thursday
pct clomid or tribulus
