It's an illusion. His lower chest size makes him look like he has no upper pecs at all.
His anterior deltoid looks like he does upper chest work...

Keep lifting mod heavy to increase overall mass increase calories and you'll get big.

Looks like he has good genetics to me

In other words keep doing what you are doing

Yea i workout my chest once in a while but not enough mainly i have stuck to the main stuff and gotten my shoulders and tri's and biceps and legs i gotta get ready for the football season so any suggestions?

any back shots?

goodjob man

Yea i have to get the camera from my friend so idk when i will be able to get those up.But give me some more info on deadlift please. Thanks

If you really want to be a running back , that's what you should work on. Infact I would work on that anyway because the best linebackers are fast guys as well. Brian Urlacher runs a 4.41. Mark fields is in the 4.3 range. Both should be considered freaks or nature.

You're 15 so you have alot time to work on that.
Higher faster sports is the website most people on here look at for those things. kelly baggett is a pretty good source of training information.

He's got workouts and plyometric drills in there to help you get faster
http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/

No , I've never heard of them...

But speaking of coaches , I was gonna say. This spring why not join the track team and try 200's. You'll atleast get to do the workouts and the plyometrics like running on grass while pulling semi tire and what not.

See if you can get your time down to 22 or better yet 21 range

Have u heard about that sparq speed trainer? It's at www.eastbay.com Is it any good?

Intersting...

My next suggestion was for you to run 100 meter hurdles. I think it will help you develop speed and sprinting will build size and strength in the legs. When clearing hurdles you need to run through them not jump over them. If you already compete in this , just concentrate on staying low and runing though the hurdle as one big stride. It's also a really kewl juke move when someone goes to hit you low :-) Keep up the gym time and do squats , lunges , leg presses. Basically the compound movements

Yea I'll see what i can do i run the hurdles and 7 flight. i might try out the sparq trainer also.

good luck to you! Sounds like your off to a great start! You kinda remind me of my 14 year old. :) He is also a running back.

Keep up the good work! I so wish I would of started out that early

What's a good way to gain weight? I drink my protein with 2% milk now so that well help in the long run but wat else? Eat alot! ?

Hey kid...

Weight gain is all about calories. Protein is only 4 calories and will not by itself make you gain weight. I would say that fats are a better choice, but try to keep it with unsaturated fats. I would also say red meat contains saturated fats which will up testosterone levels and calories. @ age 15 whole milk may not be a bad choice either. I like coconut as a source of saturated fats myself. I generally only use coconut oil when I fry food

this kidf's gotta great attitude. not afraid to take constuctive criticism. you gonna be huge by the time youre 18. congrats on your impressive physique!

Well I think the goal here is to be a good football player. He needs to find a bodyweight that he can carry and still run a 4.5 or 4.4 40. He has strength but he needs to work on speed. A 4.4 40 will be a free pass at starting in division I with the strength he has. I would work on speed hard and keep up the gym time.

Gjohnson-U guessed it man that is my goal,/my Dream.I am going to work as hard as i can to get there to.Im going to start putting on more weight by adding a little more calories to my diet and eating alot more but while at this i am going to do alot of running/leg training to get my 40 to a 4.4 or less if i could.

Made the 1,000 lb club at my highschool first freshman :)

1,000 lb club=4 lifts all added up
which includes

Hang Clean
Push Jerk
Bench
Squat

You look great. I would have never guessed you were so young. I would like to see fuller delts, but I'm sort of a crazy person about big shoulders.

Agreed very impressive great work!

This kid is a freak of nature at 15. Keep up the good work man, you get that 40 time down and we're going to be hearing big things from you.

Don't forget to get some lateral training in, as well as flexability training.

so far ive been doing alot of flexability training and wow it has helped me out alot seems like it put me at the next level.

Im not going to lie i really dont do those all that much.

How much distance work are you doing just out of curiosity? I think alot of distance work will help your endurance may be negative to your strength gains. My lifts always sucked after sprinting 400's much less a few miles...
I don't think the distance work is going to help your 40 and you may start to feel "burned out" from all the exercising.

Do you take protein powder?

I usually run 2 miles a day and yes i take 100% Gold Whey Protein

Wow... And you make gains in the weight room after a 2 mile run??? If so you're definitly a freak.

Just beware. If you get tendonitis in the ankle or knees, shin splits or back trouble , I would stop that. Long distance running is harsh on anyone's back.

*edit*
If your concern is endurance , you can get your heart rate up and save your joints by using the precors or stationary bike at any gym. Anything "low impact" should do

yea running doesnt hurt me whatsoever in the weight room idk why its kinda weird if i might say. This summer i wanna lift to the max and get huge but also keep my speed any suggestions.

It's because you're 15. Exercises won't hurt you at that age because you haven't accumulated any injuries yet... But if you're overtraining , that will contribute to you getting an injury....

Anyway strength will make you faster. More strength won't make you slower. I was taught in the old days that arm swing will help your speed. There seems to be dispute over that topic, but Ben Johnson would probably agree that more upper body strength can help you run faster not hurt your speed... I think you working on strength is the right direction.

Dude you are on fire. I didn't have that kind of strength until I was 18-19, but I was always a weedy little kid. Keep up the good work!

(side note: GOD I wish I'd started serious training (and learning) back when I was this guys age)

Yea idk my brother helped me get into the whole weight lifting thing and i loved it,...it made me a better athlete and idk it's just something i like to do.Kindve hard to explain.

If he's going to do running, the whole 1 minute sprint, 2 minute walk schtick for cardio would be prime.

Jump squats and farmers walks would be great too.
